Katherine (she/her/hers) has supported nonprofits as a strategic planning consultant for over 15 years. She takes a customized approach with each client, developing a clear understanding of their work in order to identify and address their most pressing strategic challenges. She is also an experienced facilitator, passionate about supporting and guiding groups through a collaborative process to define their shared goals and co-create the plans needed to achieve those goals. Prior to Brightspot, Katherine advised foundation and nonprofit organizations on strategy and evaluation, including in her role as a Director at FSG, a global social impact consulting firm.

Katherine is a member of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation’s Impact Investment Committee and is the Program Committee Chair for Seacoast Outright.  She also serves as a Rye NH School Board Member.

When not working: Katherine loves to paint (portraits), surf (Cable Beach), play board games with her family (Yahtzee, Exploding Kittens), and lie in the sun next to her dog (anytime, anywhere).
