After starting her career like most millennials (in an unpaid internship in Brooklyn), today, Caitlin (she/her/hers) brings 15 years of nonprofit and consulting experience to Brightspot as one of the firms founding partners. Nonprofits are a varied bunch and Caitlin’s experience prior to consulting demonstrates just that: managing the Clinton Foundation's headquarters office in Boston, designing trainings for national military and veteran reintegration programs, and developing programs for children of prisoners around the world, to name a few.

In 2014, Caitlin pivoted into strategy and development consulting and leads Brightspot’s campaign and strategic planning work. She has engaged clients throughout New England on more than a dozen campaign planning studies and/or capital campaigns projects — supporting efforts of $3-$12 million across all sectors. Working from pre-readiness through campaign counsel, Caitlin enjoys working side-by-side with client teams for the long haul.

In her strategy work, Caitlin focuses on small and mid-size organizations at all stages of development to craft meaningful and actionable strategic plans, as well as various groups and coalitions looking to define their shared priorities and vision for collaboration.

Caitlin is Co-Chair of the NH Women’s Foundation Grants Committee and a past board member at the Joan G. Lovering Health Center in Greenland, NH.

Education: Master of Public Policy with a nonprofit management concentration, Georgetown University; B.A. Political Science, University of New Hampshire

When not working: Caitlin (not to be confused with her twin sister, Erin) can be found at the beach with her husband, Patrick, and children, Josephine, Frances, and George.
