Melia Coletta, Consultant
Melia (she/her) brings 10+ years of varying experience throughout the sector, including development, marketing, and system management. She specializes in developing, streamlining, and transforming development database systems such as Little Green Light, Network for Good, and Bloomerang.
Previously, Melia worked at I'm Your Neighbor Books as the Director of Development and aspires to bring communities together through shared listening and strategic data work. She is excited to support and be a part of all projects that fill authentic community needs.
Melia serves on the grant committees for New England Grassroots Fund and Maine Initiatives. She is also involved with the Truth School, Make Us Visible Maine, Maine Asian American Community Center, and facilitates book discussions with the Maine Humanities Council. She is a part of the Maine Association of Nonprofits’ Emerging Leaders Class of 2022.
Melia is a certified administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory® (IDI®).
Education: B.A., Art History with Arts Administration and Business double minor, Skidmore College.
When not working: Melia lives in Lewiston, Maine, with her husband and fur baby. She enjoys cooking, reading, and board games.
